A leading supermarket chain in the Czech Republic has launched a campaign to feature traditional Czech food with the slogan "From Czech with Love". Here's their recipe for potato pancakes in pork lard- "Bramboraky cmunda se škvarky - a Czech traditional staple. Note the inclusion of garlic - "cesnek" - which is a sure sign of a Czech/Slovak recipe :-)
